Probably more than you think.

We just did 1/2 of ours.
$51K for 15 linear feet. We wrote checks. At our age we are done with major DIY.
Appliances (Miele, Sub-Zero, Wolf) were 1/2 of that.
The custom cabinets were $15K, but we did insist on all Blum LEGRABOX hardware.

Our attitude was:

The purpose, for us, is to slow down the accumulation of crap, etching on the glass over decades.
