I know someone who got a long term loan in 2006 on a 35k boat. He finished paying it not too long ago.
I suppose they can sell more boats with a lower payment.

Changing to Nike Air or something similar at Walmart has really helped my hip not to hurt while walking.

On my first 2 closings I was unaware of the implications of some of the things that I was signing. I have learned from my mistakes and have either hired an attorney to look things over or done it myself. Your time would be well spent figuring out how to read the documents before you close.

SS is pretty complicated. After studying and listening to advice here my 66 year old wife decided to take her benefit at her full retirement age of 66. When I start taking my SS at 70 she will then apply for a spousal benefit off my earnings which will be higher than her benefit. I am 68.
