I removed off-topic medical comments and images (quadricep cross-section). The reasons medical advice is not permitted in this forum: 1. This is an anonymous internet forum. It is not possible to verify anyone's identity (nor do we want to). Credentials also imply accurate advice, which may not always be the case. 2. There can be disagreement among experts, which can be harmful if someone is basing a medical decision on the advice. 3. A member's description may be incomplete. 4. Readers will misinterpret the member's description. 5. Readers will misinterpret the given advice. Since real harm can be done, we do not permit medical advice and is the reason for the first sentence in: Medical Issues Questions on medical issues are beyond the sc...

Exactly. Timing of when those motors start should be considered.
An important side note - You also have to size the circuit breaker accordingly. No, don't double the breaker size. Google "circuit breaker sizing inrush current" for a ton of info.

Re: Calculating max electrical load of your home
I haven't seen anyone mention surge current. The startup current for motors can sometimes be twice as high as the steady-state (running) mode of operation. Think of anything with a motor - well pumps, sump pumps, home heater fans, and refrigerators.
This is especially important when calculating the capacity of a home generator, but the same should apply here.

News of the World, $3.99 rental on Amazon Prime, rated PG-13, Tom Hanks, 2020, action / adventure / drama. A civil war veteran takes a girl to her aunt and uncle in south Texas. I would call this more of a serious drama. Tom Hanks makes this movie. I liked it.

It's Saturday night - The Blues Show with Jonny Meister: 3/18/23
I'm "streaming" it live in Philadelphia on FM radio station 88.5 WXPN.
One reason I love the blues is the selection of song's subject matter. You get comfortable listening to the usual stuff and then get thrown something that makes you stop in your tracks. "I can't stand you" by the Cash Box Kings was hilarious.
Other reasons are the artists' creativity. Not only in lyrics, but how the players express their emotions through the instruments. This is also why I like the follow-up Blue Dimensions at midnight.

To do a comparison in general, I would say to compare the Present Value of the CD and T-bill.
Investments that follow the time value of money equations are in the wiki here: Comparing investments (a CD does this)
However, bonds (T-bills) don't follow those equations. Instead, see the wiki for calculating the Present Value of a bond. Bond pricing You can do this with a spreadsheet.

Savings accounts are a hybrid. Most have limits on the number (but not amount) of withdrawals in a month. I'm not an expert, but federal regulations limit savings accounts to 6 transactions per month as defined by something called "Requirement D'. From Regulation D - Reserve Requirements (Federal Reserve): Regulation D requires that an account, to be classified as a ‘‘savings deposit,’’ must not permit more than six convenient transfers or withdrawals per month from the account. Transfers and withdrawals that are considered ‘‘convenient’’ for this purpose are those made by preauthorized, automatic, telephonic agreement, order or instruction, or by check, debit card, or similar order made by the depositor and payable to third arties. 1...
