Congratulations. Between my husband and I, we're at about 150K right now in 403b, IRA and brokerage funding for retirement. We're both 30 and we may not be where we should be due to getting multiple degrees and being in school for longer than usual but I suppose it is the experience that counts more :)

Despite of the high cost of mortgage, I would continue to max my 401K and hopefully IRA too and additionally,hopefully husband can do the same and additionally save $1000 per month on the side.
