You have great options. Don't rollto IRA ifmyou need to do backdoor rIRA.

easier to move to cash. also depends on your 401k, they likely will move it as cash and redistribute to your new 401k/IRA. did you ask them?

you should be doing 2x t401k max. and 2x backdoor rIRA max. however you need to learn about the backdoor rIRA first. i already see some issues. you also need to move them to Vanguard or Fidelity. you make about 250K.....so that should be no question. you need to also start a taxable account as well....

i think 141K/yr invested is fine................

Total bond is the default, so intermediate term.
Short term if you have a known event coming up.
I remember something about not being adequately compensated for longer term bonds.

If you are around 4.5MM in trad assets, which will generate 165K in RMDs which is the top of the 22% bracket, you should switch to Roth.
Otherwise, continue trad.

This is obviously a simplistic model but should give you a starting point.
