no idea what that is.

if you have a SEP it should all be tracked and easy to see annualized returns.

otherwise you can XIRR the data.

kind of pointless to not include the 11 years you have....

common misconception. you should benchmark your portfolio against a similar index.

you would rollover the 401k to a tIRA.
then you would convert the tIRA to a rIRA.
it is treated as income, so 18K would be added as income and taxed at whatever marginal rate that ends up being.

this is the whole idea behind Roth conversions for early retirement.
