Congratulations on being in the great position you are in. Personally if I were you I'd stick with the job you are in now, due to the excellent work-life balance. But perhaps that desire for work-life balance is why I am your age but in a different universe of net worth and income below yours.

I would probably not do it personally, because my hobbies are warm weather outdoor ones. Having an extra day off to sit around the house doing nothing while the weather outside is cold and dreary holds no value to me.

Prior generation Chevy Impala, many of the base trim level cars had a bench seat, they made these cars until 2016 or so as a fleet-only model, plenty of used ones around and they are relatively cheap and reliable.
