Dont see the point. Once you break the contract (if possible) your old agent can become a subagent for the listing agent. Lech 100%. It’s in a green bottle and tastes amazing with polish “syrup” or with a lemon. I played soccer in Poland and that was all we drank after games.

Put 10% down on my home for a 180k loan. I pay 1200 a month, $50 of that being PMI.

I also have 3 roommates that pay $350, $350, $500, so that covers the above expenses.

I was an ONLY grandchild, and did not receive one dime. In fact everything my grandpa owned (house in nyc, grandmothers pension who passed in 1992, social security) all went to some random lady he met 10 years prior.

Best way to financial freedom in my opinion..

We cannot control the stock market, no matter what.

If purchasing a rental, you have much more control. I do it now with some friends and they’re covering the mortgage on the rental, all with me living there. So far so good.
