Just locked with Better today on a 30 year fixed. 2.75% rate with a 2.783% APR (I'm happy with that APR). Diversification seems to be covered. One thing I'm seeing is that with 1 million in assets, reaching 1,250k in five years is extremely doable with relatively moderate rates (and compounding).
