I quit my wallet years ago. Money clip with DL, 1 Visa, 1 MasterCard, Ally Debit, 1 local gas card, Healthcare card. Any other cards are in my Apple "Wallet" or "Books" (AAA,AARP, Car Insurance, Dental, GoodRX, etc.) on my iPhone. Money clips goes in front pocket.

At that age no. I had to replace a working WH that was 21 years old for my new Home Owners policy. It was noted in my home inspection & they would not insure any water heater over 20 years past manufacture date.

Playstation Vue has NFL Network, NBA TV, MLB Network, and soon NHL Network. Also SEC,ACC,Big Ten, most ESPNs, Fox Sports, Regionals...I buy MLB.TV online. $50 a month. Get it on Roku,Apple TV, laptop, ipad, iphone, etc. Vue is great for sports.

Third party inspections are good. I hope they include wind mitigation. Trust but verify, right? Last thing you want is a Cat 4 or 5 barreling through, and not have confidence your home is able to hold up.
