Third party inspections are good. I hope they include wind mitigation. Trust but verify, right? Last thing you want is a Cat 4 or 5 barreling through, and not have confidence your home is able to hold up.

Looks like the same list for my wife's 403b. We too chose Fidelity, and a low cost index fund. Fees (Retirement Service) are pretty normal $6 per quarter.

Money clip, front pocket. I eliminated that whole wallet thing about a decade ago. I hated it. I feel like it affected my spine. I never wore a watch either.I carry 6 cards & little cash. Also use Apple Wallet & Books on iPhone for passes, documents etc. Anything I can load into Wallet goes there.

I've been in Florida for 15 years now, previously Pennsylvania. As for the humidity here, you do get used to it and going out & about seems normal. I was up north in November & again in February/March. It was a good reminder how much the cold affects older bodies.

I've been using Tax Act since they were the new kid on the block. I always paid a small fee to keep my data intact & e-file.. This year my taxes are very simple. But I took HSA distribution in 2018, & for that reason, 1 simple form, my fee rose $20. I think I'll try FreeTaxUSA. I have no state taxes.
