I would change the coolant at the manufacture's recommended interval 100K miles ??

The belt change seems early to me. But for peace of mind you could have it checked by an independent (as others suggested) or have it changed by the dealer.

My electricity company SRP's (Phoenix AZ) website allows one to see daily and hourly usage both KWH and $ costs. Nice feature. Single major cost for me is A/C.

I use this card.

Overall no major problems.

On a few occasions I did not get the 5% cash back because of how the service was catagorized by the merchant.

They have some good catagories:

TV, Streaming

Utilities

Cell Phone

etc.
I have redeemed cash back bonus in the form of debit cards.

I agree with the other comments. You should not have to replace the system. Just unclog or fix the condensate drain system. The only water that I am aware of in a HVAC system is the condensate.

The repair video I saw mentioned that the bad solder joint is caused by a bad relay. If the relay is not replaced the solder joint will go bad in a matter of time.

You can find 220V/240V bulbs that are identical to the common 120V incandescent light bulb. try lightbulbs dot com. Bulbrite 120060. The attic light next to my HVAC is wired for 220V/240V and i use this type of bulb. A standard 120V bulb in the socket exhibited the same behavior that the OP mentioned.

My feet have the same history as yours. Grew up in Hawaii with flip flops . But only 2E for me. I wear New Balance 990V4. Very comfortable and this model is made in USA.

We use All Clad. But the coating degrades with time. But it comes with a lifetime warranty. Never tried to use the warranty as of yet. All Clad advises against using Non-stick spray on their pans. They claim that it builds up a coating that affects the non stick properties of the coating.

I live in AZ, with the extreme heat most batteries last 2-3 years. I believe it is the heat as well as the heavy AC use when it is the hottest. I currently use Odyssey batteries - pricey, but they have been lasting 5+ years.

Costco's Gas is Tier 1 (specifies a certain level of additives ??), Not sure about Sam's Clubs Gas.

A good chance it is the capacitor (cheap guess). If you plan to replace changing, in addition to switching off the breaker. I use Nu Finish paste every 6 months or so. 17 year old mini-van still looks pretty good.
Easy to apply. May not give you the highest quality shine, but seems to do its job well in the AZ sun.
