5000 a year property tax in Western Ny 1800 sq ft.
695.00 a year in Tennessee,,,1400 sq. additional land also.
gasoline .40 per gallon less expensive.

I keep about 50k with CapOne for immediate cash purposes.
All other financial assets are with Vanguard ,Wells Fargo,Fidelity.
