I am not trying to be adversarial, but do you have any idea how much your company has been effected by the virus? If your company has significantly reduced revenues, the owner may be taking more of a pay cut than he is imposing on the employees, and he may even be concerned abut losing the business...

I would day that it's likely past its peak and unless your crawlspace was also humidity regulated, the corks are probably dried up and apt to crumble as you try to remove them. If that's the case, have something with fine mesh available that you will be able to strain the wine through.
