Why don't you call the IRS and explain the situation? I'm sure if you owe them money, they'll be happy to tell you. If you tell them your taxpayer id/SS # I'm pretty sure they'll have a record of whatever communications were sent out to you.

The only one I am aware of is Vanguard Lifestrategy Conservative Growth. It is a balanced fund that also holds International with a slightly higher ER than a straight index. If you're not strictly opposed, why not get the added diversification of the international component?
