Family of 3 here, we spend $250 per month on all food (we never eat out, if we do it is on a gift card we have been given).

It helps that we have 3 different grocery chains within a 1.5-mile radius.

We shop the ads heavily and stock up on deals. We also mix in Walmart and Sam's Club for other items.

For now, yes, as our insurance is through them.

I wish Christmas was really about Christmas, not about materialism. The vast majority of the country is focused on materialistic things. It is rather sickening.

Heartfelt gifts matter, not another trinket or doo-dad that gets thrown away in a year.

$18K isn't anything to worry about and is a small amount. If you are worried, just split it up into 3 different amounts and deposit once every month of two.

Same as aristotelian for us. We have a GE brand RO under the sink. The water here in AZ is terrible, but completely drinkable after filtering. I buy the replacement filters at Walmart and replace every 6 months. There is another filter that needs to be done every year.

there was no order slip in the box or order number on the package, and no record of the order in my account. Not uncommon at all. Of the last 10 gifts we have received from others on Amazon, only one had a slip. Sort of unfortunate, we have to wait for the , "oh, did you like the xxx?" calls before...

We have been with AAA for 4-years now. They continue to raise rates each year at least 10%. Up to this point, we have had a unique situation with a 3rd car on another policy that has made it hard to switch. That will be resolved shortly and we will be shopping around as well.
