Yes, you can.

Just today, one of the employees, 2 levels below in my department showed me his pre-order Tesla truck today.

He makes $25 an hour and his wife makes about the same. Sigh.

It works for some people and not for others.

You have a 50% chance of them liking it and helping you or hating it :)

As a seller in the past, I have asked the realtor to just toss the letters out. For me, this is a financial transaction, not a personal one (buying/selling a house).

The last car we bought was about $7k. We put it in a credit card and they would allow that with a hard pull.

Was WELL worth the temp credit hit for the cash back :)

Also, we don't really use credit for anything so the small impact wouldn't impact anything.

I don't take much time off and cash out about 150ish hours per year. Part of that goes into 401K/457B, the rest goes into post-tax investment account.

I prefer used cars with scratches and dings. I don't feel bad when I add my own.

Also, more practically, both insurance and licensing costs are lower in my state for an older car.

I do all but the paper copy storage. Most of my bills are not even in paper format and I pay them online, so paper never existed...
I just print out the payment receipt and store that.

Seems insanely high compared to our current house in AZ that is <$500 per year. But, location matters.

When we lived in a condo, we didn't need a full HO policy, it was more of a renter's policy (liability and contents) due to walls being common areas.
