Years ago, in Washington, there was a lawyer who all of the guys in a car club used. I paid something like $200 cash and the ticket went away, completely.

Was well worth it.

I am what they consider a "lead" and "founding member" for my neighborhood. Check the site daily. Outside of the normal gripes people share, great way to find contractors or see about crime in the area.

The verification, I think, is actually nice. Somewhat of an attempt to keep it to locals.

You don't have to, but I had an older car with coil packs. Started sputtering. Replaced one, then another one went out... Ended up replacing 4 of them!

You should only be looking at your income to the mortgage - not value/cost of the house (or equity in a previous house). Was this media mail? If so, not so strange at all. That is just how it works.

I send quite a few things and media mail ALWAYS goes through certain hubs. For example, I could mail something 2 hours south in Arizona, but it goes to Bell Gardens, CA processing, every single time.

A senior director at one could be a manager at another.

My car temperature setting goes as low as 60. I leave it there all summer on "auto", which means full blast all of the time. Especially on days like today where it was 110.

You need to make a good (better) guess at time left in the house to calculate whether or not it is worth it.

It mostly comes down to the break even point on those costs.

Level 2 hardly requires any effort or workup on the physician's part. This does not sound like fraud.

Pay it and move on. We can waste a lot of time and effort based on fighting something on "principles".

Yes. We have driven our 1999 SUV with 130K miles on it for the last 3 years to the coast. 800 miles round trip (about 6-hours each way with stops).

Heading out again in 3-weeks with the same vehicle.

Hydraulic fluid? Roofer's trailer made a stain on our driveway with that.

We have tried everything, oven cleaner, bleach, baking soda, powerful soaps, still there. The best thing that lightened it was vinegar. The sloped driveways are hard, can't let anything sit on it, just runs down.
