We bought Levolor from Lowes - in around 2011 - combination of thick wood blinds and roman shades. On a few Roman shades the string mech broke - and to my surprise - my wife called Levelor - and now we have 3 boxes of replacement shades sitting in my den that they shipped out. Great warranty for sure.

Seriously though - 4AM may be fine but not OK if you go to bed at midnight.

Sleep is important. I typically wake up at 6ish. What you are doing is likely fine as long as you do not burn out and are not irritable at work by the end of the day.

Back in 2009 I hung my skinny 40 inch Samsung directly on sheet rock as it came with a really nice flat kit that would use the lateral surface of the Sheetrock for strength. Tv was light and skinny just like a picture. Never had an issue. Depends on the tv.
