Sorry but I just have to ask... if your "After Tax monthly income" is $9951 ($119,412 Annually) how are you able to be within the 15% tax bracket? Especially since that is after tax income.... In the military my Basic Housing Allowance is not taxed as income. Also, tax deductions from my investment...

I just recently parked my EF of $20K with Vanguards Life Strategy Income Fund (VASIX) 20/80.
