The Amazon description of the ext hard drive doesnt list Windows 7 or 8 as compatible. My last computer recognized it, it was on 7.
Maybe I will try loading the Iomega software on another 7, bc I don't have access to an XP.

Trying to connect the computer to an external hard drive for the first time. Nothing shows up in "my computer".

Why is it not recognizing it? tried all the usb ports. unplugged it several times. Light is on, on the external drive. it's an Iomega

Hi my Sony DVD player is probably 11 years old. 1 in 5 or so Netflix DVDs are scratched such that the player won't play them without skipping or returning to the beginning. Are newer DVD players better at playing slightly scratched DVDs? Thanks

Hi, my wife has approximately $100,000 in graduate student loans. They are all government loans at 6.8%. Does anyone have any advice on how to lower this interest rate? Move the loans to another institution? Our cars are maybe worth 9,000. Our house value is basically worth what we owe on it. thanks

Hi my wife has about $110K in student loans from grad school. Her Sallie Mae rate is 6.8% but has forbear them for now. Her business is just getting going. Is there possibly a lower rate elsewhere or a more creative way to pay it off? thanks.

Rebuilt tile because of hail. I have not seen the carfax yet.
I plan on having a mechanic looking it over.
