I'd keep calling other smaller local banks. BofA is bogged down with current requests for clients with TM and lending relationships.

It might be a while before they relax their current conditions.

You could inquire about adding a swap to the floating rate to lock in for the same time period as the note. 10 yr swaps are running about 90 bps as of last week.

Told him I’d give him $500 to hold it until then. Deal was not predicated on cash/finance/etc. just t...

Not currently doing it, but this is our retirement plan as well. Hopefully it works out in 8-10 years. We will live 7-8 months in FL and 4-5 months in Ohio. The plan is to buy a relatively cheap condo in Ohio, as that would not set us back too much and result in little upkeep. Would love to hear you...

I don't have much to add. But good luck with the search.

When we were preparing for a move due to my DW's job - I started 8 months in advance - didn't find a job in the new city until 9 months after our move. They didn't really want to consider me until I was in the new city.

It depends - as others have pointed out - but I just went through this at age 45. My wife was promoted - which required a move to another new city for us. We moved from our hometown in 2011 to a new city - then again in June 2018. The move last year was to an area that is booming in the East with ma...

All the big banks have an equipment finance group. Try BAML, Chase & Wells - most of the smaller regional banks (5/3rd, Key, USBank, SunTrust, BBT etc) have equipment finance groups too if you don't like the "big" banks.

Make sure you do a long test drive on bumpy roads. The 2016's can have a bad rattle in the dash board that Lexus could never fix.

If you didn't like the GS then you will not like BMW or Audi.

I had a 15 GS F Sport and it was the best car I've owned. Used it for many road trips. I would have to recommend the ES or RX based on your comments about the LS and GS.
