Doh! :oops: Thanks ivk5. Yes, DW's 6500 deductible TIRA contribution in 2017 will come back as a taxable conversion in 2018. So, pay me now or pay me later. I do not have experience with VG or Betterment as 401K providers, but last year I was on a committee at our company that shopped for alternate plans and we found "Employee Fiduciary" to be a very attractive option.

We bought several 4-packs of the 60w-equivilents.
They have been burning out in less than a year for us. No matter the location.

I disagree. Roth accounts and HSAs should be filled with equities, with bonds being in tax-deferred or taxable (with municipals).
