Right click the ad, hit ublock origin's "Block Element" menu option, select the ad then hit Create in the ublock popup to set a new manual block. Agree with another poster, if the sites you visit disrespect you with excessive ads, find another site. Consider unblocking ads on that site.

One option for Prime is to use your .edu email address to pay $50/yr as long as you're a student, although you don't get the Music service. The Chase Amazon also has no foreign transaction fee if you need one of those.

Your best bet is to get a hold of Paypal's legal team or the investor relations team if you're a shareholder and send a lawyer-ly sounding, non-threatening but "serious"' toned message asking them to remove your email. By snail mail if you need to. You can google for the emails or mailing address.
