I should add...on Android at least- if you have the FB app on your phone, uninstall it and just 'login' thru a web browser.

The app is really intrusive, as is Messenger, I have neither. The app accesses all your contacts and texts....(unless something has changed).

Try Bob Books. They come in sets of 5 or6. We have used those with our son and now with our kindergarten daughter. They tore down an old home next door on a double lot, someone bought the lot....its been sitting for a few years. Once they are built one advantage is that if the lot was still vacant a future buyer would be concerned about what might be built on it and what living there will be like while the cons...

I think the sales price will be lower *during construction* than either immediately before or immediately after, since no one likes living next to a noisy, dirty, busy construction site. Whether it will be higher or lower after probably depends on whether what they build is more attractive visually...
