Always liked the sound of trains at night. How close is too close for RR tracks? If it is less than a few hundred yards, how can you miss them with just a quick drive around the neighborhood? Today's manufactured homes are built in a factory and assembled on site. That is a prefabricated home. They are just as solid as a framed on site building. Depends on what they mean by manufactured home. If it means trailer then it is not an investment but a highly depreciating expense. Edit a second time to add - I haven't looked at ANY of these homes in person or made any offers on anything, I have just seen them online in the MLS. There was a thread about this a while back. The bureaus made this change in response to the new federal law that makes freezing/unfreezing credit free for everyone. was aware of the shift to free, tho I'd pay for a freeze anyway, That the PIN (for Equifax) has become worthless is a head scratcher.

Schwab....taxable- you may want to call cust serv and verify how the cost basis works when reinvesting dividends etc. Had a headache there last year w/ them. Some PDF form required...this and that....it was very confusing.

open up a case w/ Ebay immediately. They may make you wait a few days 'for the seller to respond' etc. Kinda frustrating but....keep on top of it.
