Schwab stopped allowing investors from using their MMF as " sweep ". You now have to manually buy and sell their MMF. This is not as convenient as a "sweep" option. FWIW, I sometimes use SWVXX in their IRA account. thats what I'm seeing....the 'manual' purchase isn't something I'm used to. Thanks.

If your employer matches your contributions then you need to understand how they do that. Heck, I have bought stuff at Walmart, Lowe's and Home Depot that I got home and saw was used. It happens. At Vanguard, you can choose the 'exchange" menu, and accomplish this all at once. Select all the funds you want to sell and the funds you want to buy, type in the dollars, and when it's equal hit submit. Fidelity has the same exchange option. Sell in dollars or shares, exchange to another fund etc....

Walgreens usually has some good deals when you buy a few bags at once.

Have noticed the 'fun size' versus the little 'square ones' (bite size?) - you usually get 1-2 more oz of candy per bag with the little tiny square ones.
