If they fixed it you or he/she would have flushed it a few times and seen that it no longer leaks into the bowl. Did you do that? If yes and it didn't leak pay him. I have Sprint and have no SIM card.

Have had Sprint for years for some reason (got a deal years ago) but will be switching soon once I find a phone deal. I no longer get data where I used to, its gotten worse the past 2 years and I have unlimited. Your experience doesn't surprise me.
