company near me takes old concrete, rocks etc and grinds it up (recycles) it for roadbase (they resell it). Of course one has to haul it there themselves. Cost was minimal.

many companies are trying to sell everyone on 'more is better', which isnt' the case. for the average user which is most of us (Netflix, home computers, phone, surfing), 60mpbs is more then plenty.

going cheap is good though a cell phone can be a lifeline IMO. If you're stranded by the roadside due to breakdown or in the ER w/ a loved one, you'll prob wish you have more minutes/data to make the infinite # of calls required to manage a situation. Something to think about.
