We live in the same area. Try Hudson’s furniture on 50 in Ocoee. We got our bedroom set there and felt it was correctly priced for the quality. No cheap crap, but also not high end. Rooms to go and American signature didn’t wow me.

We were just in the same boat. I know I’m probably repeating what the others say, but get a credit card and use it very sparingly. We use the card only for gas.
We are building a new home, and when they checked our credit it was 700+ vs the 640-660 that credit karma listed.

Same as above. Dell XPS 13. As a techie guy I try out a lot of laptops, tablets, etc. I got an XPS 13 a couple years ago and will keep it until it's death. And after that I'll buy whatever the equivalent is. Rock solid, fast, great keyboard, great size, great screen. The best of everything.

Sorry, I always think of 401k as the term, but yes it is a SIMPLE IRA.
