My loan was funded last week and received this email from Lenderfi and then received a tax-bill from my county. Is this normal? Shouldn't Lenderfi take care of this with the Escrow? My loan was funded last week and received this email from Lenderfi and then received a tax-bill from my county.
Is this normal? Shouldn't Lenderfi take care of this with the Escrow?
