I’m 25. When I lived at home, my car was on my parent’s auto and umbrella insurance without their name on the title.

Now, I have my own insurance. Did that when I was no longer a dependent.

You could get an opinion letter from a tax attorney or CPA. That said, in my opinion, the answer would be yes, if you buy a new home to be your primary residence and renovate it before moving it in, I think that should count. The IRS insinuates that as such in the guidance you posted.

The experience I've seen on these forums (no personal experience with a trust) is that lawyers don't like touching other lawyer's forms for fear of liability issues in the future.

You will file a non-resident tax return which will show that you earned $0 in that state so they'll return the tax. I have to do it this year with GA. You need an accountant to do the S-Corp taxes, but once that is done, it's basically data entry on your personal taxes... I would think you can do it.

You'll get used to it and its invention corresponded with a significant redesign of starters to be more reliable. I turned it off on my BMW but soon got sick of turning it off, and then got used to it. No problems thus far.

Have you looked into HELOC for home improvement? Might be able to get something near mortgage rates while not having to sacrifice saving. I think 6% is a bit low. If it were 20% to 15% or even 10% would be ok.

Bought a SIM when I landed in Madrid a couple of weeks ago for €10 with 7gb of data. We only used half of the data. Great choice, versus paying $10/day with AT&T. With new EU regulations, you can buy a SIM in one country and roam anywhere like you're in the home country you bought it in.

IT Consultant here... I bet this isn’t a sinister plan to get people to switch, but simply based on the fact that the PAS software is built on the brokerage platform and since PAS is how doing the review, they need to be able to see your accounts that way.
