Hello guys again I did it today 7-5-17, Bought 2 CD's from ALLY at $25G apiece. I told Vanguard today to Purchase for my Taxable account $25K Total Bond mkt $15K total stock mkt $10 K total International $35K money mkt vmmxx and I plan to tell Bank of America to stick their .03 savings account yield...

and never seen my total stock mkt index loose me money with that many points.

my tax rate falls into the 15% bracket

Most of all I'm only asking which bond funds of those i listed
would be the most tax friendly in my taxable account

I agree if he has good credit to take a smaller mortgage
I also agree to get this place sold,I'm thinking of reducing price to $175,000
and see if he will mortgage the rest to close out this transaction.
55 or older retirement places are hard to sell as compaired to regular community houses.
