When estimating RMD separately from IRA/401k, as MFJ we have no tax liability. But when we add SS payments, that may change in the future (postponing any income for now..).

The trustee is E (my error). Terms do not demand a timeline of breaking the trust. Attorneys have been consulted and in unison they wonder why situation persists, yet, it is not illegal, just unusual to continue in present mode.

We had several family member fall asleep and handled all by way of a joint account whilst alive. That way, no certificates, no trust, no POA, POD needed and all bills settled without any disagreements among extended family.

As of today, Florida Blue has reinstated the account, shows all payments and credits applied.

Something BOTH the Marketplace folks and FL Blue did, received a New Bill email and was able to log on

We just figured out, after sending off our final forms via upload, using H&R Block Deluxe, a missing 0.94 (that is 94 Cents) of Interest. That missing item does not change anything in terms of refund or payments but to be correct, it must be included. BofA does not send out 1099-INT for 94 cents...
