Newly retired in June 2017 and there is still not enough time to do things.

Plus, I have always maintained a healthy lifestyle till the last several years before I retired. I needed more time to exercise and eat well.

From a financial viewpoint, it is best to not pay it off upon retirement but rather pay it off monthly till last payment of July 2018.

The 2400 month is the mortgage for my current house.
