Andrews credit union has a Euro bill pay service for members that costs either 50 cents or a dollar. Their exchange rate is about 3%. I have used it to buy books in Europe as you described. Anyone can join this credit union.

The 22k Indian stuff is very nice. Also, I go to the best pawn shop, and ask them to show me what they have that is "nice" or "unusual" in Gold. Have gotten some beautiful pieces with unusual chain design. (Zeidman's if you live in Metro Detroit).

There are the 19 no front license plate states, and then there are the no inspection, no front plate and no emissions testing states: AR,FL,MI,OK,SC,KS & KY. Honorable mention to GA, IN, and TN that have emissions testing only in part of the state with no front plate and no regular inspection.

Sam's Club in the US has Black Diamond 4 year old available. In Canada, Black Diamond has become mostly a lesser everyday brand while the Balderson's brand owned by the same people has become the main brand at Costco Canada.
