I stayed in the market. I've done a lot of less-than-great things (not the best asset allocation, low on contribution percentages), but I've never panicked and sold in a bear market.

I was once harassed by such people. If company A does business in or with country B who is in a conflict (violent or not) with group C, when is A involved in genocide? Who gets to decide when A crosses the "genocidal" line? I'm ok if I get to make that decision. If someone else makes it, well, that might be different.

If you want to keep the same iPhone 5 form factor, there are lots of deals for iPhone SE versions with MVNOs. New phones are $170 to $230 as I remember, depending on capacity. Most have a 6 month wait for unlocking.

So, here's my question. Can I buy an SE from Consumer Cellular, use it on CC and unlock it after 6 months, and then stick a SIM in it for a Verizon MVNO and use it on Verizon instead of AT&T? In other words, will it be like any unlocked SE that can be used on either network? I'm far from an expert ...

I've heard that AT&T is tightening up on their process. I was denied unlocking. I suggest picking the network you want to be on and shopping its MVNOs for deals. There are plenty to be had. You'll have to be with that MVNO for a period of time, ~6 months for most of them. After that, have the phone ...

Do you need a new phone? If not, ask your carrier to unlock it and play the field. If so, what phone do you need? If you're willing to commit into a particular MVNO for 3 months to 1 year (depending on MVNO), you can get a discount. There are lots of good iPhone SE deals at the moment. Pick your car...

DFEVX has a Morningstar style box of

That's certainly a value tilt.

Is the small tilt significant? It's >3x the amount of small cap of the corresponding indexes, but still only 11%. I'm unclear when a tilt becomes significant.
