Re: Rental income from overseas

Taxes are country specific. You may need to claim the income in the country which it originates or you may have the option of deciding which country you claim it. Does the USA have a reciprocal tax agreement with the originating country? If the laws require you to file a tax return in that country,...

Rental income from overseas

I have inherited rental income from overseas due to loss of my mother. These assets are in a country where renters pay a witholding tax of 25% of the rent to local city every month. For instance if the rent is $1000/month, the renter also pays $250/month to local city on behalf of the owner. Should ...

FYI Chase Sapphire Preferred comes with primary rental car insurance at no cost. As far as I know, credit cards only offer liability not full coverage to rental cars I do not think any cards provide liability coverage at all. I am sorry I meant to say "no credit cards provide liability"

I paid all cash because

3) cash price will always be lower than financing price.

I will hazard a guess. My understanding is that Walmart has low prices because it has low salaries for its employees, low benefits, buys stuff from China, etc. If it is losing money on prescriptions, it can make it up, probably, in other areas of the store. The theory might be that if people come i...

Always use CITI credit card when you purchase appliances

You automatically get 2 years on top of the manufacturers warranty

Manufacturers warranty 3 years
sams club 2 years
citi costco card 2 years

total 7 years warranty
