Re: Missing my Microsoft Money - any equivalents?

Thanks everyone. I'll give Personal Capital a shot. Not interested in a subscription based one right now. If I am, I will definitely take a hard look at YNAB - seems to be the most promising one.

Missing my Microsoft Money - any equivalents?

I loved keeping track of all of my finances on Microsoft Money that came with my old laptop. Ever since I switched to a Mac and Chromebook, I haven't found another one stop shop that takes care of all my needs. Right now, I am using Mint along with a Google spreadsheet that gives me my upcoming expe...

Re: Need Help Juggling!

I was thinking the same thing Jack was. I know that in my suburban home, 26.2 miles from Boston, I pull in 56 stations on the antenna. Do nothing else. Credit cards.....pay them off. Focus....

Re: Need Help Juggling!

Thanks! and yes, paying off my debt is one of the many wonderful things I learned here. As you may have guessed, I wasn't always so "enlightened" when it came to my finances. I have stopped using my credit cards and fully intend on paying them off. This new job will allow me to take care of that deb...

Need Help Juggling!

Hello everyone, I recently changed jobs and will finally be able to put into motion all the wonderful things I've learned on this site. Short term, I want to accomplish the following: 1. Rollover old 401k (high five figures) into a Roth. 2. Start new 401k - max out match (5%, employer matches 75%). ...
