I belelieve it's all about the hierarchy of who has to pay who first...eventually all your bills should get in place, but it's the lawyer's job to make sure everythink is communicating properly.

It is a tricky question...owning a home is always an asset and it is hard to shift to renting...however...u can use the cash and invest that money while u rent for a while then plan to buy a house later on..

if you have a tea house around you go and try now and then and experiment urself, as teas are very hard to chose from, and not all are "good" when chilled.

I personally love Uron-cha or Oolong, which has a bit bitter flavour but very hearty as well and very flavorful

Hard to think about not carrying suitcase if u go to Venice. Some hotels offer pick up from station and at that budget shouldn't be a problem.
Same thing in Rome. At that price it shouldn't be a problem finding good hotels.

70k miles is not enough to change a car, at least in my opinion.
with that said, comfort duing ling rides it is a big plus and i understand the need. See how much u could sell ur car for and mayb start a lease or similar for a new car.

=Usually companies in the UK offer a 2yrs phone+plan package and they offer to renue the contract and upgrade the phone at the end of the contract. Usually it is a good option as it does not affect ur bill that much.

If you can avoid touching any loan or even "student loan" pls do it! I know it can be expensive but try to avoid putting you or your child through a debt as soon as he graduates. I would push for him to find a job, so you can pay fees and maybe rent, but it's up to him to get money if he wants to go...

I trend to eat vegetarian on and off during the year so asian stores have a lot of variety of food I like, such as different types of tofu or kimchi!

I understand the concern with the OS. I used to have a MacBook and I agree with the better performing of the OS and the machine in general. The point for me is that the brand is becoming more expensive than the performance and the results. And Apple to me is loosing the professional touch they used...

I am surprised your laptop lasted 5 yrs! New generation laptops to me last much shorter than old school ones. I had similar experience with various errors popping up from nowhere. Sometimes the money to get it fixed is not worth the result.
