Re: Time for a new laptop?

I am surprised your laptop lasted 5 yrs! New generation laptops to me last much shorter than old school ones. I had similar experience with various errors popping up from nowhere. Sometimes the money to get it fixed is not worth the result.

I think nobody needs an Amazon Echo. As nobody needs a curved screen on their phone, or finger print reader so they don't check ur facebook.
However, i do buy "toys" for myself and i always ask myself, "do I have spare mony i can waste on a toy I don't really need"? U know the answer.

Cinemas are waaayyy to expensive nowdays and if you go with family get popcorns and a drink, you might as well go on a holiday! Streaming is always a solution when available. Honestly renting is a nostalgic thing I still do. I want to try NEtflix too.

As far as I know once your phone is used its value drops for over 30%. IPhone has better value than other phones for sure. Ebay is usually a good platform and I have used it before. For sure you will have to be prepared to negotiate.

I tried for a little while and, to be honest with you, unless you shop on a daily basis on Amazon and you need your items asap...no. I think a normal 5 day delivery for an average shopper is more than enough.

I am currently on a shopping mission on amazon and i think you can still find deals. specially if you consider that most of the times delivery it's free.
I am shopping for boxing gear and majority of website, even though cheaper, they charge 20/30 usd for delivery.
