IShares has recently launched the accumulating version of SUAG. This is good news for those of us non us-tax treaty NRAs who need to use accumulating Bond ETFs for tax purposes.

Read it and now it´s clear. In my case is better invest in Ireland cause Brazil doesn't has a treat with US and I have to pay 27,5% in my country on dividends. And on CGT I only pay if I sell more than 35k of my currency per month (about 10k €). I´m thinking in buy IWDA and maybe some emerging and ...

Being a resident in a country with no TAX treaty with US/Ireland and that levies taxes on foreign income at progressive rates, I don't think income distributing ETFs are a good option for me.
