Re: Chewy IPO
I completely agree with you. I love the company as a customer, but it may not be a good investment.

Chewy IPO
Any thoughts on the Chewy IPO? It is expected to price between $17-$19 a share. The company has great customer service, low prices, huge inventory, and fast delivery. I don't know when it's going public.

Re: Adding Spouse to Real Estate Deed
Thank you so much for your responses. We ended up contacting the attorney who did our wills and he added my wife's name to the deed and filed it with the county clerk for a low cost.

Adding Spouse to Real Estate Deed
Over 20 years ago I bought my home while I was single and there is no mortgage. 14 years ago I got married and my spouse moved in. We are now going to knock down the house including the foundation and rebuild on the existing property using both of our money. There will be no loans. I would like to add my spouse to the deed. Do we need an attorney or is a Quit Claim Deed sufficient? Does anyone know of a good link for a form? Are there tax consequences? We live in New Jersey. Thank you.

iPhone 6 Water Damaged/Broken
I want to replace my broken iPhone 6 with an iPhone 7. I have a Verizon Plan. I usually keep my phone for years and am due for an upgrade. I went online and saw you have to lease or buy at full price. What are my options? Years ago, I spent only about $400 dollars for the iPhone 6 with the memory I need and now I would have to spend $749 for the iPhone 7 with the memory I need. Leasing to me doesn't make sense. Any suggestions. As you can imagine, I need to replace my phone ASAP.

Who can I name as executor if I have no family or friends?
Who can I name as executor of my estate if I am leaving to several charities and don't have any family or friends? I don't want to name an executor that will be very costly and take away from the charities and I don't want someone appointed by the probate court?

Roth 403-B or Individual Vanguard Account
This is my first post. My wife is a teacher contributing to a Roth 403B. She is 40 years old and expects to work 15 more years. She can and is now contributing $18,000 per year. Presently the best choice offered in the Roth category is a T. Rowe Price Retirement 2030 Advisor Class (PARCX).
The Fees for this plan are:
Annual Wrap Fee 0.90%
Fund Fee 0.72%
Advisor Class (12B-1) Fee 0.25%
TOTAL FEES 1.87%
The offer of a Roth plan and the fund are positive; however the fees are very high. Is it worth sticking with this plan for the Roth advantage, or could we do better with non-retirement Vanguard Index Funds?
