Welcome to the forum! Questions: 1. How does this Vanguard portfolio look? 2. Should I consider diversifying the Vanguard portfolio more by adding some real estate funds and commodities funds, as I currently have? 3. Is it realistic that the portfolio with Northwestern Mutual could consistently outperform Vanguard's by 1.8% (to cover the difference in fees)? 4. A little worried about how much of a hit I would need to take to switch firms, anybody have experience? 1. Northwestern Mutual High Fees to Vanguard

Hello, I currently have two accounts with Northwestern mutual; a ROTH and a taxable. The average expense ratios are 0.78% for the ROTH and 0.41% for the Taxable, on top of a 1.65% management fee. The allocations for the two accounts are below. I have 30ish years until retirement, so I don't mind being on the aggressive side.
