Definitely a money maker for the facility. My place tried to pull this until I demanded that the X-rays be read immediately after they were taken. I think you are selling your children short. As the child of a Mother who passed away when I was young, though I miss and think of her every day, I turned out just fine.

Don’t hold on so tight. It’s not good for your children.

Mapo - Fermented bean curd in spicy red pepper sauce!

Love to put it on toast! Sometimes I eat it straight out of the jar. It can be incorporated into recipes, rice, etc.

We also buy white flower oil. It is not to eat. It is for sore muscles.

Agreed a set is a waste of money. A good chefs knife, serrated bread knife, pairing knife, and the tomato knife you already have. Maybe a filte knife if she eats fish. Perhaps there is a cooking class she can take that teaches cutting. She can try out the different types of knives. If you are in the...

Deeds have no bearing on a REQUEST for a title search. You pay a standard fee for one. +1 about having your own title search done. Preferable before it is transferred to you. Yes, you can get title insurance even though a quit claim deed was used to transfer property. A search of the chain of ownership to the property will tell you if you have a "clean" title. The method of transfer has no bearing unless it was done incorrectly, and that is what the title search (done by...

You are young so remember your AA. Your TSP still has time to grow after you retire.
