Be sure you check your door clearance for the refrigerator. In our case, we wanted an in-door water/ice dispenser and there was only one choice that offered the dispenser and also allowed clearance for emptying the ice tray.

In addition, the IRS usually takes a while to send out notices - sometimes 2 or 3 years. You will probably not want to dig up and remember this trade at that point and amend then. So I would amend now and get it done. It is pretty easy to do. And it will be correct. I love correct tax returns.

If you are buying used, it is probably worth it to get a car fax on the car (though car faxes are not perfect, they can identify a problem vehicle). I also would have a good mechanic look at the vehicle before buying. Good luck.
