I just researched video cards and like many posters above, chose the GTX 1060. It seems to be the sweet spot for GPU's. I spent the extra $50 for the 6GB model, hoping to add a little future proofing to it.

Please consider SSD for your new drive, way faster than old spinning type.

Usually, imaging software (Acronos True Image) is included with the new drive making it pretty easy to image the old drive to the new.

My orthodontist charges $300 for a new set of retainers, clear plastic "Invisalign" type. Custom made in office and very comfortable.

When is the last time you pulled the grill off and vacuumed it and the fan blades? Ours gets pretty caked up with dust which reduces air flow. Another tip is to crack the window (if you have one) while showering so the fan has an easy place to pull from. In the winter, I leave the bathroom door open...

I have been with a Verizon MVNO for years. Last I was on Boom Mobile but the day before I was set to renew my account they kicked me off saying I use too many voice minutes (even though it's unlimited) and put me in a bind where I temporarily lost phone service. I try to avoid their over priced product but wanted the boost for a 2 hour drive home.

Because parts of the the building I work in have no reception to outside cell service, but does have internal Verizon repeaters, I use Total Wireless which is a VZ MVNO. Works great!

I use the stable value option in my 403b just as you are considering. The rate is set every 6 months and is fixed for that period.

Mine only pays 2% so you have a very good one!

Agree that 3x4 downspouts are a must.

I added Gutter Big Mouths to my downspouts and it helps a lot with clogs. Google it.

As to cleaning gutters, I fashioned a length of downspout with a couple elbows on one end onto a leaf blower. Super easy to blow crap out of the gutters without a ladder!

That sounds a bit like what they call "Revenue Sharing" in my 403b at Principal, where some of the investment options have a portion of the ER returned to the customer in the form of a fee adjustment on the statement.
