Wricha, wow that Hyatt seems perfect. We are even considering staying there two nights now. Might be a nice spot for us with our family alone because both other segments will be with extended family. I actually found a rate of 180 on a third party site. Thanks again!

Thanks all! I'm thinking maybe even an overnight is a bad idea. Its a 6 hour drive and maybe a couple small stops en route could be good. Thought about doing a train from Miami but it seems overly complicated with car seats etc. My wife and I have done and enjoyed an airboat ride.

Looks low cost and relatively simple for your age. However, are you being charged an AUM ( asset under management fee ). If you are paying a 1% fee you will be losing a quarter of your return over 30 years. Google: vanguard and silent killer of fees to read the article.

The electronic doodad is still functioning. By functioning I'm assuming you mean the buttons still work to keylessly unlock or lock the car. The key part is just snapped off for some reason. The rest seems intact. Yes; I am trying to avoid the dealer like the plague.

On the Aspire application they will ask you what funds you want. Target fund would be easiest. If you have a separate allocation you want of stocks and bond you can easily do that. There is a box to check for "auto rebalance" too so that you don't have too each year.
