You are in luck. Security Benefit offers a direct invest option that provides vanguard funds. Met with benefits yesterday. The deductible to reach in-network is 3,000. Our 3 main doctors we cared about are in-network. The district will contribute 1500 to an HSA each year. For the level of confusion I was feeling look up my thread on 403b and Voya. It goes on forever but it may help you get the mindset of a confused teacher. But most teachers without BH won't have krow walking them thru it.

On the Aspire application they will ask you what funds you want. Target fund would be easiest. If you have a separate allocation you want of stocks and bond you can easily do that. There is a box to check for "auto rebalance" too so that you don't have too each year.

Interesting. We don't think its wise to show it right now with the current set up. Not that it is a mess or anything but the set up doesn't show the main features properly. For example, huge living room is being used a bedroom. I would rather this be seen empty to show the size.

I would play with this expense ratio calculator. It can be eye opening at times. Go with vanguard. Make sure that planner is not charging you an additional percent. I actually think that 900 is a bargain in this HCOL. It is thru my work too. I just edited my tax rate. Our AGI is 118 placing us in 25% bracket. We don't seem close to the lower bracket.
