This page conveniently provides information from the SEC EDGAR[1] database on selected taxable Vanguard Tax-Exempt Fixed Income funds, which are sorted alphabetically in a document directory by current fund name. Links to both prospectuses[2] and annual reports[3] are provided, organized by fund group. Prospectuses are displayed by their stated effective dates, though any given group's listings are only partial. Annual reports are displayed by the ending date of the fiscal year covered. Listings in either document category for a particular fund group are in reverse chronological order.
Prospectuses and reports frequently encompass many funds, so multiple links herein can reference the same EDGAR webpage. The desired fund name does not always appear near the top of a hyperlinked document. A text search within the referenced page may be used to locate efficiently the start of the relevant material. Researchers may also employ text searches to find statements of additional information, which are embedded within prospectus webpages.
