Content updated to show that this is not a commercial business. It's a non-profit federally chartered credit union. The non-profit part was found here (left side of page): PenFed ARM. Also reviewed and updated some old material. Note that the credit card now has a Cash Back limit of $50K. It's a full-feature credit union, but I didn't want to add all their other products as it might go beyond the objectiveness of the wiki.

I added that you can join for free if you are a Red Cross Volunteer. I have a relative who volunteers there, so it caught my attention. LadyGeek 20:48, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
