It would be nice if you provided references for this nice piece of work. Footnote references make it easier, when a year from now someone wants to check for updates. Trust me as one who has had to do this, having the references saves a lot of time and effort. You can leave the references in the page if you like. I added some more references. I completely understand and agree about referencing. In fact I was on my way back here to do it and I noticed you did a bit of the work for me. I'll take you up on your offer to put the footnotes in the proper format. I left references in the text and bolded them so they're easier to find.
