I'm a little confused by these category pages. This one illustrates the issue but it is shared by others. Does general information that applies to all 529s (e.g., what they are, how they work, and so on) go on the category page? Or, ought every category page have a "Category Basics" page or "Category Intro" page? For instance, do we want to load up the top of the 529 category page with 529 basic info? Or, should the top of the 529 page just say: "See the 529 Basics page for an overview of 529 plans. The pages listed below provide additional details."?

I vote for the latter approach. Before I try to implement it for the 529 category (and others) I'd like comments.--Sewall 13:33, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
