My October statement has not yet been posted online. Seems a little late. Usually it's available one or two days after month's end. Is anybody else experiencing this?

I wonder if they delay has something to do with the 'new and improved' statements rolling out in October.

What statements? I only receive online statements (except for year-end), and these are quarterly, not monthly.
