FSA by itself?

Post by grap0013 »

Currently all family insurance + $2500 FSA thru my employer. I'd like to get some more FSA dollars. Can my spouse just sign up for her work FSA or would she have to pick a health plan and pay premiums to get this benefit? Or does it depend on individual employer?

Hard to find info. on this topic. Thanks!

Yes you can.

My wife has done it for the last couple of years.
