Looking for web/phone conferencing service

Post by dm200 »

Perhaps some other folks here have done this same research, I am looking for possible web/phone conferencing capabilities for an association that has many groups, committees, etc. - all located locally. The number on any conference call/web would be from 5-15.

Would prefer telephone (toll-free with no long distance charges) and web based presentations to view (such as powerpoint), but no live video of the participants. Also prefer capability for participants to use only the telephone, if they do not have internet capability.

Ideas welcome. Also, some ideaof costs involved.

Thanks.

Being a boglehead, you can't beat the price of Free Conference Call.

For the cost [which is free] they offer a fantastic services
Free conference calls are simple and easy to use, requiring only a name and an e-mail address to receive an instant account.

Once you enter your name and e-mail address, you will be instantaneously provided with a dial-in number and access code for immediate phone conferencing.

Your teleconferencing line is available to you 24/7 and there is no need to schedule or make reservations. Each conference call account accommodates 96 callers on an unlimited number of 6 hour free conference calls.
For free alternatives to webex, gotomeeting, livemeeting etc you can try dimdim or Mikogo

Best Regards,
Simba
